well rilo kiley sings a beautiful song called “a man/me/then jim.” and “the recluse” by cursive is so beautifully sad. and if you haven’t listened to bright eyes and you’re wanting to listen to sad indie songs about death, grief, and suicide, then go buy his albums asap.
